Returns are subject to certain limitations, any product sold and shipped by Geekzany labeled with the 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns is subject to these conditions as well.

The item can always be returned if it doesn’t match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are FINAL. However, if there is any discrepancy with our descriptions, you could report for returns. All packages disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be in "New" condition with no damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. For all refunds, returns, exchanges and defects, items must be returned to us before we process issue. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Shipping Fees are Non-refundable. Returns are usually processed within 5 days from the time item is received. Returns with missing accessories will incur an additional 20% re-stock fee. All packaging must be in original state with original box.
